Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursery Manager to lead our team at our Woolwich, London location. As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and direction to the nursery team.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care and education provided.
• Manage budgets, resources, and financial planning for the nursery.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff members.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and progress of the nursery.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Level 5 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within an early year setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
